Terms of service

1. Quotes and scope

2. Payment

3. Schedule and your part

Timelines in the quote depend on you sending content, access and feedback on time. If you are late, the schedule moves by the same amount. If a project is stopped for more than 30 days because we are waiting for you, we can close it, and the refund policy applies.

4. Revisions

The quote states how many rounds of changes are included. Extra changes are quoted separately.

5. Ownership

6. Third-party services

Domain names, hosting, app store accounts, payment gateways and similar services are bought in your name or business. You pay for them and you keep the accounts. We tell you the expected costs in the quote.

7. After handover

For 30 days after handover we fix bugs in the delivered work at no charge, if the problem is something we got wrong against the agreed scope. After that, or for new features, changes to third-party services we do not control, or problems caused by someone else changing the work, we quote support separately.

8. Technical guidance for students and developers

Guidance sessions are there to help you understand your own project: debugging, choosing a tech stack and learning how the code works. You do the work and we guide you. We do not complete assessed work for you to submit as your own, and you are responsible for following your school or university rules.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business and project information confidential and use it only for your project. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.

10. Our responsibility

We work carefully, but we cannot promise that software will be free of every fault, or that it will earn you a particular result. Our total responsibility for any claim connected with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, to the extent the law allows.

11. Ending the agreement

Either of us can end a project by telling the other in writing. The refund policy explains what happens to payments. We may end an agreement straight away if you break these terms, for example by not paying or by asking us to do something unlawful.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If we have a problem, please speak to us first. If we cannot agree, the courts of Malaysia decide.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change does not affect a quote you have already accepted.
